How useful was the Week Number Calculator?
Four features no other free week number tool offers together
Full-year interactive grid, dual ISO/US side-by-side, sprint planner, and clickable surrounding-weeks context.
Date → Week Number
Enter any date — the tool instantly shows its ISO 8601 week number, the full Mon–Sun week range, calendar quarter, day-of-year, and year progress. The dual panel shows both the ISO week (Mon start) and US week (Sun start) side-by-side so you can see both without switching. Use the Prev/Next week buttons to navigate one week at a time. Click "Today" to jump back to the current date instantly.
Week → Dates (reverse lookup)
Switch to the Week Number → Dates tab and enter any week number (1–53) and year. The tool finds the exact Mon–Sun date range for that week — for either ISO 8601 or the US Sunday-start system. This is especially useful when a project brief says "deliver by W38" and you need to know the exact calendar dates. The tool also shows whether that year has 52 or 53 weeks and validates that the week number exists in that year.
Full year interactive grid
The Full Year View tab shows all 52 or 53 weeks for any year in a single scrollable grid, organized by quarter. The current week is highlighted green. Click any week row to select it and update the detail panel. The year summary shows whether it's a 53-week year, what day Jan 1 falls on, and total weeks. Navigate between years with the Prev/Next buttons or type any year directly. Copy all weeks as CSV for use in spreadsheets.
Sprint planner & copy
The Sprint Planner (in Date → Week mode) lets you set the number of sprints and sprint length in weeks, then generates a labeled sprint schedule starting from the current week — showing exactly which ISO weeks each sprint covers. Use Copy ISO notation to copy "2025-W14" for pasting into project management tools, emails, or reports. Or copy the full week range ("Apr 7 – Apr 13, 2025") as plain text for human-readable communications.
