No Tracking Pledge — LazyTools.io Will Never Track You
Our Commitment

The LazyTools No Tracking Pledge

LazyTools.io makes a clear, unconditional commitment: we do not track you. Not now, not in the future. This page explains what that means in practice and why we believe it matters for every person who uses this platform.

The pledge in one sentence: LazyTools.io will never install advertising trackers, sell user data, build behavioural profiles, or participate in any form of surveillance-based monetisation — ever.

Why Tracking Is a Problem Worth Addressing

Most free websites fund themselves through advertising. To serve relevant ads, they install tracking scripts from networks like Google, Meta, or hundreds of smaller ad exchanges. These scripts follow you across the web, recording which sites you visit, what you search for, and what you buy — even when you are not on that website.

This practice is widespread but not inevitable. LazyTools.io was built specifically to demonstrate that a free, high-quality tool platform does not require this trade-off. You should not have to give up your privacy to access a simple calculator or converter.

The Five Specific Pledges

  1. No advertising trackers. We do not install Google AdSense, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, TikTok Pixel, or any other advertising network script on LazyTools.io.
  2. No behavioural analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any platform that records individual user behaviour or session replays.
  3. No data sales. We will never sell, rent, or broker access to any data associated with LazyTools.io users — not now, and not if the business changes hands in the future.
  4. No cross-site tracking. We do not set third-party cookies or participate in any tracking network that follows users across multiple websites.
  5. No fingerprinting. We do not use browser fingerprinting or any other technique to identify users who have blocked cookies or cleared their browser data.

How We Sustain LazyTools Without Tracking

LazyTools.io is developed and maintained by Synth88 Labs as part of its broader product portfolio. The platform is funded by Synth88 Labs' commercial activities — not advertising revenue. This business model is what makes our no-tracking pledge sustainable: we do not need to monetise your attention because we are not dependent on it.

In the future, we may introduce optional, privacy-respecting revenue streams such as contextual sponsor mentions on relevant tool pages. Any such addition will be clearly disclosed and will never involve tracking behaviour or sharing data.

Hold Us to This

This pledge is public and permanent. If you ever observe tracking behaviour on LazyTools.io that contradicts this pledge, please contact us immediately at synth88labs@gmail.com. We take this commitment seriously and will investigate and address any violation transparently and publicly.
