Plain-English summary: the tools are free, provided as-is, and everything you process belongs to you — trivially so, because it never reaches us. Don't abuse the service; double-check results that matter.

1. The service

LazyTools (lazytools.io) provides free, browser-based utilities. Tools execute locally on your device; we provide the code, you provide the computation. We may add, change or retire tools at any time.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to anything you process with LazyTools. Because processing happens in your browser, your content is never transmitted to us — we could not claim rights over it even if we wanted to.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, misrepresent its output, or use it for unlawful purposes. That's the whole list.

4. No warranty

Tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We work hard on correctness — exact conversion factors, tested formulas — but you are responsible for verifying results used in important decisions. See the disclaimer for calculators and informational outputs.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyTools is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which is zero.

6. Intellectual property & DMCA

The site's code, content and branding belong to LazyTools or their respective licensors (see licenses). We host no user content. For any copyright concern about site content, contact us.

7. Blog & editorial content

Blog posts are contributed and editorially reviewed content, published to inform rather than advise (see the disclaimer and our editorial standards). Corrections and suggestions are welcome via the contact page.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. LazyTools has no accounts and holds no customer data, so there is ordinarily nothing for a legal dispute to attach to and no specific governing law is designated for everyday use of the free tools. Should a situation nonetheless arise, it will be handled under the laws applicable to Synth88 Labs Inc., and we'll always try direct contact first.
