Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Plain-English summary: anything you type into a tool or any file you process stays on your device — we never receive it, so we can't store, sell or leak it. The only data we handle is anonymous page-view counting and the standard technical logs any web host keeps.
[DRAFT — requires human/legal review before launch.]
1. What we never collect
- The values you type into tools, the files you process, and any results — all processing happens locally in your browser (how it works).
- Accounts, names, or email addresses — there is no sign-up.
- Cookies — we don't set any. See the cookie statement.
2. What we do collect
- Anonymous usage analytics. We count page views with a cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics service to understand which tools are useful. This records the page URL, referrer, browser type and country — never your identity or tool inputs.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Namecheap) keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operations, retained for a limited period.
- Anonymous ratings (when enabled). If you rate a tool, we store only the tool name and the star value — no IP address, no identifier, no cookie.
3. Legal bases and your rights (GDPR/CCPA)
We process the minimal data above under legitimate interest (operating and improving a free service). Since we hold no personal data about you, most data-rights requests (access, deletion, portability) have nothing to act on — but you can always contact us with any privacy question or concern.
4. Third parties
We do not sell or share data with advertisers. The only third parties involved are our hosting provider and our analytics provider, both bound by their own privacy commitments. If this ever changes (for example, if ads are introduced), this policy and the site will say so clearly first.
5. Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy materially changes, and summarize changes in plain language.
