How the business days calculator works
The tool counts every Monday-to-Friday day from the start date to the end date, including both endpoints, and skips Saturdays and Sundays. Because many deadlines are quoted in "working days", this is what you need for delivery estimates, project timelines, notice periods and leave planning rather than a raw calendar-day count. It also shows the weekday total, the weekend days and the total calendar days. Enter the number of public holidays that fall on weekdays within the range to subtract them.
It doesn't know any country's holiday calendar, so add the count of weekday public holidays yourself for an exact working-day figure. Both the start and end dates are counted, which matches how most "business days" deadlines work — check whether your specific contract counts the start day if precision matters.
