How the weight on other planets calculator works
Your weight is your mass times the local surface gravity, so it changes from world to world even though your mass doesn't. The tool multiplies your Earth weight by each body's surface-gravity ratio (from the NASA Planetary Fact Sheet) — about 0.17 on the Moon, 0.38 on Mars, 2.36 on Jupiter — to show what a scale would read there.
Gravity for the gas giants is quoted at the cloud-top (1-bar) level, since they have no solid surface. On the Sun you couldn't stand at all, but the number (about 28× Earth) shows how crushing its gravity is.

About one-sixth of your Earth weight — the Moon's surface gravity is 0.166× Earth's. So a 150 lb person would weigh about 25 lb on the Moon.
How much would I weigh on Mars?
About 38% of your Earth weight (Mars gravity is 0.377× Earth's). A 150 lb person would weigh around 57 lb on Mars.
Why does my weight change but not my mass?
Mass is the amount of matter in you and never changes. Weight is the force of gravity on that mass — mass × surface gravity — so it varies with the world you're standing on.
Where would I weigh the most?
Of the planets, Jupiter, at about 2.36× your Earth weight (a 150 lb person would weigh 354 lb). The Sun's gravity is far higher still, about 28× Earth's.
What about weight on the gas giants?
Gas giants have no solid surface, so their "surface gravity" is measured at the cloud tops (the 1-bar pressure level). The tool uses those NASA values for Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.
