How the test grade calculator (ez grader) works
Percentage = (correct ÷ total) × 100. The letter grade maps the percentage onto the common US scale (A 93–100, A− 90–92, B+ 87–89, … , D 60–69, F below 60).
Example: 45 correct out of 50 → 45 ÷ 50 × 100 = 90%, an A−, with 5 missed.
The letter-grade bands here are the widely used US convention, but scales vary by school, country and course — some use straight A/B/C without pluses and minuses, and cut-offs differ. Use the percentage as the reliable figure and apply your own institution's letter bands.

How do I calculate a test grade?

What percentage is a passing grade?
