How the organize pdf pages works
The tool renders each page of your PDF to a thumbnail with pdf.js so you can see what you're working with, then lets you reorder pages with the arrow buttons and remove any with the ✕. When you save, pdf-lib copies the pages you kept, in the order you set, into a brand-new PDF that downloads to your device. Because pages are copied rather than re-rendered, the text, links and image quality are preserved.
Everything happens locally in your browser — the PDF is never uploaded, which matters for contracts, statements and other private documents. This reorders and deletes whole pages; to combine several files use the merge tool, to pull a range into a separate file use split, and to turn pages a quarter-turn use rotate. Very large PDFs take a moment to render all the thumbnails.
